March 2nd saw Orange County voters go to the polls in a slew of primary races from federal offices to local offices.

There were several unopposed races, which means they are either elected or reelected

They are 

There were 2 contested races on the GOP side.

Precinct 2 County Commissioner saw a 5 man race. Since one candidate did receive over 50 percent of the vote, there will be no run-off

The results of that race is:

And the other contested local race on the GOP side was the Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace race. This was a two-person race between Incumbent Joy Dubose-Simonton and challenger Candice Conroy Steele.

There were no local Democratic Party races.
