This lady here is named Dragoness, who is roughly 8-9 years old.
Dragoness’s person is in a position where it is time for her to move closer to her Son. Closer to
Family.

The place where she will be moving is an Apartment that doesn’t accept animals. Dragoness is up to date on all Vaccines. She has been spayed and receives a yearly Proheart injection along with a monthly allergy injection.

Dragoness is great with children, has been around other dogs without any issues whatsoever.
Dragoness’s person feels that she will do best in a “not so crazy” environment. She LOVES car
rides and is a great little traveler. She loves to sleep in the bed with you and will find her favorite
spot to snooze in your home.

Infrastructure Improvements Nearing Completion in Pinehurst

Pinehurst has completed another sewer project for the streets of Enchanted Oaks and
Mockingbird Street.

According to Pinehurst City Manager Jerry Hood, “About ten drainage structures are being improved. There’s still much-needed repair, but our goal is just to try our best with what we have to improve the drainage for our city until we’re in a better position to where we might be able to get a grant to come in here and do what we know that needs to be done.”

While all the infrastructure projects have been underway Pinehurst has been working to establish a cleanup initiative citywide.

“We want to make sure that people know who we are, they want to be in Pinehurst, they want to move to Pinehurst, they want to open a business in Pinehurst. So, our philosophy is let’s clean up what we have, let’s take care of our properties, our houses, let’s make it presentable, let it be that Pinehurst is the place where people want to come,” Hood concluded.

Stan Floyd knows what it takes to run a long-time successful business.

Now he is adding to his entrepreneurial endeavors by opening Swamp Mans BBQ drive-through, which will allow customers to enjoy their meals while enjoying a show – watching live alligators.

“I have family recipes that I will incorporate into the menu,” said Floyd, president of American Airboats corporation.

“I am looking for a master chef who will run the kitchen. When they submit their resume, I would like for them to submit the recipes they would like to create here, as well.”

Floyd said is also looking for a manager for the restaurant.

“I run American Airboats tours and Cypress Lake R.V. park,” he said.

“I need help at the restaurant as I run a company that manufactures airboats as well as provides swamp tours. People love being close to alligators.”

Floyd said his passion for airboats led him to sell his horse and tackle to buy his first boat.

The idea is to open a BBQ drive-through that gives the public the opportunity to enjoy alligators as soon as they enter Texas.

The Little Cypress Mauriceville Lady Bear not only won the Nederland Lady Bulldog Invitational but won by a dominating 21 strokes.

Port Neches-Groves took second with a 382 while Hamshire-Fannett was third with a 440.

Lamar commit Montana DiLeo won her fifth straight tourney of the season with a round of 74 while Keely Wozniak took second with an 83.

Jaycie Benton finished fifth overall with a 94, Cassie Grizzaffi carded a 110, and Isabella Ihle  finished with a 124.

The Lady Bears will tee it up again Monday at the Silsbee Lady Tiger Invitational at the  Silsbee Country Club.
