Orangefield Golf Team Headed Back to State

The Orangefield Bobcats are going back to State after a 1-2 finish by the Parks brothers in the Regional Tournament held in Brenham.
Xander finished first shooting a 76-74 and Lincoln finished 2nd shooting a 75-78. The Bobcats team consisting of Xander Parks, Lincoln Parks, Ethan Gunter, Reese Johnson, and Alex Montz, finished second overall as a team shooting 335-332 for a 2-day total of 667.
The 3A State Tournament is May 22-23 at Jimmy Clay Course in Austin.

Hickman talked about the upcoming 2023 football season, their playoff chances, and the hard work the Mighty Mustangs have put in to prepare for the season.

The Strutters participated at the ADTS Team Camp this week and took home many awards. Mrs. Cude stated about the team, “The Strutters worked as one- always supporting and encouraging when 16-hour dance days became exhausting. Each day they pushed and gave more!”
