Orangefield Varsity District Tennis Results

Wednesday Bobcat Varsity tennis finished its district play. Senior superstar Summer Hackbarth defeated Kountze for the district title.
According to Rebekah Bledsoe, “She made us all proud and brought home the 1st place gold medal for District 3A.”
Hackbarth’s game record for the tournament was 36-2. She will advance to the Regional tournament in Bryan-College Station on April 10-11.

Head coach and athletic director Hiawatha Hickman spoke to a packed room at the Orange Texas Rotary Club.

Hickman talked about the upcoming 2023 football season, their playoff chances, and the hard work the Mighty Mustangs have put in to prepare for the season.
The heat did little to dissuade these Future ‘Stangs from getting an early start.

The Strutters participated at the ADTS Team Camp this week and took home many awards. Mrs. Cude stated about the team, “The Strutters worked as one- always supporting and encouraging when 16-hour dance days became exhausting. Each day they pushed and gave more!”
