Press Release from Precinct 4 Constables Office:

The Precinct 4 Constable’s Office is investigating an attempted felony theft of heavy equipment which occurred around 1:00 AM Thursday 04-28-2022

Statement from the complainant Henry Norris:

Around 1:00 am Thursday morning. The location is 23841 l10 east in Rose City. The old gas station on the south side of the freeway. The security guard approached the thieves and they said they worked for my company and was going to switch out the excavator with another piece of equipment. The secretary guard knew better and said he was going to call his boss to verify. Then they took off. The excavator was too heavy for the trailer and it broke the fold-down ramps.
