The City of Orange Fire Department held a pinning ceremony on Thursday, July 28 recognizing Payton Smith who has been appointed as Deputy Fire Chief at the Orange Fire Department. Friends, family, and city employees attended the ceremony held at Central Fire Station.

In a statement, the City of Orange said, “The City of Orange congratulates Deputy Chief Payton Smith and looks forward to his leadership and service to the Fire Department and the City of Orange.”
